RSE "Zhezkazganredmet" reports, that in accordance with subparagraph 9 of Article 1 of the Law of RK "On amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public procurement" from 20.11.2008 № 87-IV all public procurements for supply of goods, perform of works, provision of services will be implemented by the state enterprise through the web-portal of public procurement of RK, that is through electronic public procurement from 1 January 2010.
In this regard, all potential suppliers must have BIN (business identification number) and EDS (electronic digital signature key) for participation in public procurement for supply of goods, perform of works, provision of services for 2010. Potential suppliers of goods, works and services will not have access to the web-portal of public procurement without BIN and EDS.
On the basis of the foregoing, please consider the requirements for the Law of RK, and get BIN and EDS to the end of the current year to participate in electronic public procurement in 2010.
